Outfits, not inventories

Look put together. Buy only what you need.

Practical outfits for work, weekends, and travel — each one complete, explained, and shoppable for just the pieces you are missing.

How this works

  1. Pick your situation. An office day, dinner after work, a trip where the bag has to be small.
  2. See a complete outfit and why it works — the pieces, the tradeoffs, a lower-key alternative for each.
  3. Check off what you already own. Owned pieces stay visible but dim, and their shopping links disappear. Search the retailers for the garment types you are missing.

The first collection: one small wardrobe for a casual office

Nine piece types, worn three ways. Several pieces work across the outfits; start with what you already own and consider only what is missing.

Everyday office

Oxford shirt, chinos, brown boots. The Tuesday uniform.

Office to dinner

Merino crew over a clean tee, dark jeans, the same boots.

Light travel day

Layers you can add or remove as the temperature changes.

What we do not do

There is no cart here. Purchases, shipping, and returns are handled by the retailers we link to, under their policies. We do not flood the site with a product catalog — every piece appears because it earns its place in an outfit, with its reasoning and an alternative in plain sight.

These guides suggest combinations of garment types. They are not wear tests or independent reviews of the individual products in a retailer’s search results. Check the exact item’s materials, sizing, care instructions, and current price before buying.
